You will need to set up your Stripe information under your payments tab.
Once you purchase your Workify partner plan, you'll be directed to fill out your Stripe information for payments.
The Stripe account set up through Workify is a “Connected Stripe Account” that our software logs into and manages automatically. (Similar to how the standard Shopify marketplace works right now.)
The charges and payouts for your marketplace will all run on your Connected Stripe account from within our application.
You will not be able to connect your prior Stripe account.
If you're encountering an error when adding Stripe info and you're an international customer, please try the following:
- Click on the Currency field and a drop down will appear where you can select your currency.
- If you're using an International Bank Account Number (IBAN) then you can skip the routing number field.
- If you are outside of the US: You don't need a US taxpayer identification, but you will need to provide a foreign tax ID number. This could be - SSN, TIN, or some other ID number in your country.
