Both you and your workers can view the customer's post-purchase form. This is found on the Customers tab > click on the customer > click on the title of the service inside the white box. Then, a drop down of their filled out form will appear.
If a customer does not fill out the form, either:
1. You can email the customer, asking they fill out the form for the worker to get started
2. The worker can send them a message requesting they fill it out
When clicking on the customer's name, other information can be found. Scroll inside the box, and on the right-hand side, you will see three buttons appear: charges, messages, files.
