You are able to set the payment delay to any amount you want for your workers (ex: 3 days, 30 days, instant). It is automatically set for 30-days, so I'll use that amount in the following:
1. Monthly service - worker will get paid 30 days after customer purchases
2. One-time service - worker will get paid 30 days after the service is marked complete by them their dash.
The payment delay you set is applied to all of your workers and cannot be adjusted for individual workers.
Please note: Should a customer reach out to you wanting a refund, you can only refund them up to the point that the worker is sent their payment. We suggest setting this to at least a few days or a week to account for any refund requests that might occur after the customer is sent their deliverables.
