A customer wants a refund for my service.

You can refund any of your customers for a purchase they've made via your dashboard. This is located under "Customers" and the credit card button. Please note: You're only able to issue refunds up to the point that funds are released to you and your worker. 

You are unable to issue partial refunds at this time.
