Customers are directed to fill out a short form immediately after purchasing a service. This is where you can ask them additional questions about their business, needs, and expectations for the service.
You can also ask for additional information like phone number, company website, etc.
Files are unable to be uploaded by the customer on the forms. However, they are able to send files on the message feature to the worker. If necessary, you can add a "question" (statement) on the form requesting them to uploaded a file after submitting the form.
