Workify

We offer to handle 100% of your customer support, including answering any support emails.

Step 1

Visit the Storefront tab on your dashboard and click Support in the options on the right.

Step 2

Click the "+ Add Support Link" button. Enter in this email: yourmarketname@work.support. Change "yourmarketname" to the name of your site.
Example: workify@work.support

There is nothing else needed on your end -- you do not need to set up this email on your server.
