Visit the Storefront tab on your dashboard and click Support in the options on the right.
Click the "+ Add Support Link" button. Enter in this email: email@example.com. Change "yourmarketname" to the name of your site. Using this email will ensure your support requests are sent to our support team.
There is nothing else needed on your end -- you do not need to set up this email on your server.
* We do not offer phone support for the white label marketplaces.
* If you would like to handle your own support requests, you can follow the steps above and in Step 2, use your own email address. This will make sure any support requests are sent directly to that email address, not our support team.
