You're able to add several satisfaction guarantees to the services for your customers. Satisfaction guarantees are located when you click on each service on your live site.
Step 1
Visit the Storefront tab on your dashboard and click Guarantees from the options on the right.
Step 2
Click the + Add Guarantee button and enter the guarantee(s). Then click Save Settings.
See below for a list of guarantees you can add to your storefront.
Please feel free to add the following to your storefront:
- 30 day money back guarantee.
- No contracts, cancel anytime.
- Hand-picked marketers.
One guarantee you can add is our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please note: this would include poor quality of the service, not delivering service in full, lack of communication from the worker, if the service is not a good fit (immediately upon purchase).
Each refund request is handled by Workify and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Examples of refund requests not covered in our guarantee:
- Lack of: conversions, sales, or clicks (ie. specific results)
- Wanted to "trial" the service for a month
- Requested several revisions on content, then asked for a refund
- Service was delivered in full, customer didn't understand service
- Service renewed, provided in full, customer didn't notice the renewal
