How can my client reset their password?

To request a password reset from login page:

Step 1

Your client can visit the Login page on your storefront.

Step 2

Your client can click Forgot password?

Step 3

They can enter their email and click Send Reset Instructions.

Step 4

Your client should locate the password reset email in their email inbox and click the link in the email. This opens a page in their browser prompting them to change their password.

Step 5

They can enter a new password in the New Password field. Then they can enter the new password again in the New Password Confirmation field.

Step 6

Your client can then click the Change My Password button.

To reset their password from inside their dashboard:

Step 1

Your client can click their name in the top right corner, then click Settings in the dropdown options.

Step 2

They can enter their current password in the Current Password field. Then enter their new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Step 3

They can click Save Account Info to save their new password.
