Can the worker use email or another chat tool to communicate with my customer?

We offer a messaging feature within the Workify platform for client / worker communication. Keeping the communication in one place like this helps our workers and support team stay organized while working with your clients.

An optional initial consultation call is included with some of the services (this is specified in the “What You Can Expect” section in the service description). We discourage the use of email or another chat tool for communication between the worker and your client as it limits our ability to provide helpful customer support and respond to disputes.
