There are two places where your client can reset the password for their account. Select an option below to walk through the steps.
Requesting a password reset from the Login page
Your client can visit the Login page on your storefront.
Your client can click Forgot password?
They can enter their email and click Send Reset Instructions.
Your client should locate the password reset email in their email inbox and click the link in the email. This opens a page in their browser prompting them to change their password.
They can enter a new password in the New Password field and again in the New Password Confirmation field. Then they can then click the Change My Password button to make the change.
Resetting password from inside dashboard
Your client can click their name in the top right corner, then click Your Account in the dropdown options.
They should locate the Password Settings section and enter their updated password in the New Password field. Then they should click Save Account Info to save the changes.
