What if my client asks me for a refund?

If your client is unhappy with the work completed by our pros, we always recommend they first communicate their dissatisfaction to the pro who fulfilled the project so we can try to make things right.

However if a client is still dissatisfied after contacting their pro and they ask you directly for a refund, please contact our support team. Include the client's name and email, along with the reason they are requesting a refund. 

Our support team evaluates each refund request on a case-by-case basis. In a situation where the work was not completed fully as promised, we will issue a refund. Overall we aim to be reasonable with refund requests and as helpful as possible with our support to your clients.
